About me
Hello. I’m Dr. Nancy Asher, a licensed psychologist and life coach specializing in anxiety and adult ADHD. I can help you gain deeper understanding, achieve your goals, and attain a greater sense of control in your life.
Whether you’re struggling with ADHD, anxiety, or both, you know all too well how these symptoms can invade every aspect of your daily routine. More than anything, you want to get a handle on the mental blocks that are keeping you from growing and thriving.
I know firsthand how hard change can be — especially when trying to identify those first steps. I’ve struggled with ADHD and anxiety throughout my life and am very familiar with how discouraging and frustrating they can be.
But I also know what works to help people be fully present and feel more in control of their lives. With more than a decade of experience as a therapist connecting with and helping people deal with challenges like the ones you’re facing, I can help you take action.
I bring energy and curiosity to my therapy sessions and ensure that they are highly interactive — designed to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I do not take a passive approach. We’re going to collaborate in your work toward your goals.
The journey you’re starting on may seem overwhelming, but you’re not alone in it. Together, we will create effective ways for you to live with more satisfaction, motivation, and hope.
